"​I cannot say enough good things about Ron Sprouse. After a hit-and-run in March 2025, I didn’t manage to file my claim until a year later. Because of the delay, State Farm initially denied my uninsured motorist coverage, leaving me with a $1,000 deductible instead of $250. I paid the $1,000 to get my car fixed, assuming that was the end of it. ​Unbeknownst to me, Ron took it upon himself to call the claims department and successfully advocated to get my coverage reinstated. Thanks to his initiative, I’m receiving a check for the $750 difference! If you want an agency that is accessible, knowledgeable, and truly has your back, look no further than Ron Sprouse.
